PRICING:
The Wedding Invitation suite shown here starts at $12.10 each and includes:
• Printed shimmer pocket fold with a printed invite on matte and a backing layer on matte
• Single-sided matte insert for the weekend itinerary
• Single-sided matte insert for travel and accommodations
• Printed vellum overlay, placed over the invitation
• Baker’s twine with wood embellishment
• RSVP luggage tag on matte with matte envelope
• Outer mailing envelope in matte with a printed map liner
Minimum order of 40 wedding invitations.
PRINTING/PRODUCTION TIME:
• 20 business days after final artwork is approved (excluding weekends)

We offer guest address printing on postcards or envelopes for a flat fee of $75
TOTAL COST:
What is the total cost, you might ask? All of our designs can be customized, so the items you need may vary! Your cost is the Design Fee + Cost Per Each (multiply by quantity needed) + Shipping – you can also get a quote on our website at https://www.serendipitybeyonddesign.com/request-a-quote/ So, all you pay now is the design fee, once your artwork is approved we will invoice you for the quantity needed + shipping. Shipping varies on the size of your package and location, but can be $14 – $35 for UPS ground/domestic orders. We are a small, hands-on company, so please message us with questions, we would love to help make your invitations special and within your budget!

1. Purchase the design fee listing
2. After purchase, we will email you the next steps { which includes a design form to provide wording and details for personalizing }
3. Submit your information to us { the design & proofing process begins }
4. Once approved via email, a printed proof can be mailed { if your timing allows, 1 sample is included in the design fee }
5. If your order is approved to print, we will email an invoice for the quantity of stationery needed
6. When the invoice is paid, production begins { we will ship your order and provide a tracking number. See below for more information on turnaround time }
7. Mail your custom stationery and get your guests excited for your special event!

DESCRIPTION:
This Tropical Wedding Invitation is perfect for your tropical wedding in Hawaii! The front of this printed pocket card features a map of your wedding location — as shown, Maui, Hawaii.
As your guests open the fold, they’ll be wow-ed with your wedding details. Your formal invitation is printed on a matte cardstock with a matte kraft backing layer to make it standout even more. Thoughtfully placed over the formal wedding invitation is a printed vellum layer. This translucent layer has a tropical image of your wedding destination with your location in the bottom right.
Inside the pocket fold is all the additional information your guests will need to know for your wedding celebration. The Weekend Events is printed on the same matte cardstock as the formal invitation. The fonts and colors coordinate with the overall look and theme of the invitation and your wedding — what can we say, it’s all in the details! The accommodations card repeats these details as well to keep the tropical wedding invitation theme.
Lastly, is the luggage tag RSVP card and matte mailing envelope — completing the travel theme, your guests will love this little luggage tag RSVP!
Printed on the pocket itself are a few custom stamps (including the ones from the front). This custom wedding invitation is then wrapped with baker’s twine with a wood embellishment then lovingly placed into a lined envelope. The envelope has been lined with a vintage map of the Hawaii Islands. This complete tropical wedding invitation suite is like a clutch purse for your guests!
