PRICING:
The Wedding Invitation suite shown here starts at $9.05 each and includes:
• Matte printed pocket fold with a printed invite on shimmer and a backing layer on matte
• Single-sided shimmer insert for the weekend itinerary
• Ribbon tie embellishment
• RSVP postcard on matte
• Outer mailing envelope in matte with printed envelope liner
Minimum order of 40 invitations.
PRINTING/PRODUCTION TIME:
• 20 business days after final artwork is approved (excluding weekends)

We offer guest address printing on postcards or envelopes for a flat fee of $75
TOTAL COST:
What is the total cost, you might ask? All of our designs can be customized, so the items you need may vary! Your cost is the Design Fee + Cost Per Each (multiply by quantity needed) + Shipping – you can also get a quote on our website at https://www.serendipitybeyonddesign.com/request-a-quote/ So, all you pay now is the design fee, once your artwork is approved we will invoice you for the quantity needed + shipping. Shipping varies on the size of your package and location, but can be $14 – $35 for UPS ground/domestic orders. We are a small, hands-on company, so please message us with questions, we would love to help make your invitations special and within your budget!

1. Purchase the design fee listing
2. After purchase, we will email you the next steps { which includes a design form to provide wording and details for personalizing }
3. Submit your information to us { the design & proofing process begins }
4. Once approved via email, a printed proof can be mailed { if your timing allows, 1 sample is included in the design fee }
5. If your order is approved to print, we will email an invoice for the quantity of stationery needed
6. When the invoice is paid, production begins { we will ship your order and provide a tracking number. See below for more information on turnaround time }
7. Mail your custom stationery and get your guests excited for your special event!

Looking for a way to incorporate your postcard save the date into your tropical wedding invitation? This Tropical Wedding Invitation for Anna Maria Island is the answer to your problems!
The printed pocket fold starts with one of our vintage postcard save the dates on the front. “Please join us on” with your wedding location and date are printed on the outside of the pocket fold — as shown, Anna Maria Island, Florida! As your guests open the fold, they’ll be wow-ed with your wedding details. Your formal invitation is printed on a shimmer cardstock with a matte backing layer to make it standout even more. The formal wedding invitation features a modern banner with a typography style layout and tropical flower accents. The colors all coordinate with your tropical wedding location, postcard front and the floral accents.
Inside the pocket fold is all the additional information your guests will need to know for your wedding celebration. The Weekend Events is printed on the same shimmer cardstock as the formal invitation. The icons used to represent each event coordinate with the overall look and theme of the invitation and your wedding — what can we say, it’s all in the details!
Lastly, is the RSVP postcard re-emphasizes the tropical location — Anna Maria Island, Florida, with a beautiful beach image on the front. The back coordinates with the formal invitation — fonts, colors, banner, accents, etc — and provides you with the necessary information you’ll need to know from your guests.
These two cards are lovingly tucked inside the pocket of your custom wedding invitation. Printed on the pocket itself is your wedding website and just a few more icons. This custom wedding invitation is then wrapped with ribbon and thoughtfully placed into a matte envelope with a printed striped liner. What can we say, we just love the vintage postcard save the dates so much that we had to create a unique wedding invitation with them as well!
