Style Me Pretty – Massachusetts Wedding Feature!

Karen and Sean’s elegant wedding was on a golf resort in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The place had special meaning for the bride. The golfing was a passion of her late grandfather and the lower Cape Cod area was a traditional vacation spot for the entire family. Today her parents own a home there, where they continue to vacation regularly. The groom had no choice but to love the area and the game of golf, as she introduced it to him when they started dating. The location was a natural choice for them.

To inform the guests of this perfect spot, Serendipity Beyond Design created their vintage Cape Cod save the date postcards. The postcard featured a vintage map of the area and was the obvious choice for the bride and groom.

It was important to the couple to honor their pastimes and create an heirloom and tradition for their family going forward. So, they introduced the loving cup ceremony, from the Celtic tradition, to their family and friends. They drank to their past, present and future from an antique cup they found in a local store across from their venue. They intend to honor their anniversary each year with the cup, and eventually pass it down.

Congratulations Karen and Sean! We were honored to have been a part of your special day.

Part social media marketing jazz and part designer, I wear several hats at Serendipity Beyond Design. Thanks to Ginger and the other ladies, I am liking pink more and more these days. Go PINK!
Other than that, I'm a nerd at heart. I'm addicted to adventurous romance novels and love to sew and craft (like I said, I'm a nerd). I'm easily distracted by all things shiny and can easily spend way too much time surfing the internet (especially now that I'm a new mommy, there are so many cute baby things!).
