If you purchased a Design Fee listing and have not heard from us within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)…please check your email. Once you purchase a Design Fee listing, you will receive an email from us with a link and password to start your order. If you have not received this email, please check your Spam Folder and add us to your address book: email@example.com. In addition, please contact us via phone or email if you have not received this get started email so we can get in touch with you as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for delays if your email is blocking our attempts to reach you.
